2.2. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, an error in the product description or pricing, or the unavailability of the product.

2.3. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it is only a confirmation that we have received it. Your order is considered accepted when the Products are dispatched.

3.1 Once the Products have been delivered, you will become the owner.

3.2 Once the Products have been delivered, they will be held at your risk and we are not liable for their use, loss or destruction.

4.1.  Prices listed on our website are in GBP (British Pounds).

 4.2  Prices for Products will be confirmed before you complete your order and will appear in the order confirmation.

 4.3 Payment for the Products and any applicable delivery charges is to be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment by credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

 4.4 Prices for products may be subject to sales taxes depending on where in the world the order is shipped. If you are responsible for paying tax and that tax has not been collected by us, it is your responsibility to pay such tax as applicable.

5.1 Products will be delivered to the address provided in your order and in accordance with the delivery option selected at checkout.

5.2 We will make every effort to deliver the products within the estimated delivery time stated on our website. However, delays may occur, and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. If your order is needed urgently before a specific date, please contact us to discuss.

5.3 The risk of loss and damage of your products will be passed to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible upon receipt, and if your products are damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days and we will issue replacement parts as appropriate.

5.1a We offer free tracked international delivery on all orders except custom print service jobs.

5.2a We will make every effort to deliver the products within an international estimated delivery time frame of 60 days. However international deliveries can be less predictable due to the variables of customs and processes of different countries. Due to this, delays may occur, and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to this. If your order is needed urgently before a specific date, please contact us to discuss.

5.3a The risk of loss and damage of your products will be passed to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible upon receipt, and if your products are damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days and we will issue replacement parts as appropriate.

6.1. If you are not satisfied with the Product (excluding Custom Products) and change your mind upon receipt and you wish to return the Product, contact us within 14 days to initiate the return. You are responsible for returning the Product with adequate packing to secure it on its return and a refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item. Please note that you will be responsible for any delivery costs in returning the item.

6.2 Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to pay for the Product.

6.3 Custom Products are exempt from returns. If there is a quality issue with the product, we will issue replacement parts. However, due to the unique nature of Custom Products, we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds for these Products.

7.1 We strive to provide the best possible service to you and we value your views, opinions and feedback on any Products purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact us via the contact form on our website and we will do everything in our power to resolve any issues.

8.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Products and the website content are owned by or licensed to us. You are not permitted to use or reproduce any of these without our express permission.

9.1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or
damage arising from the use of our Products.

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
